Rasa said because of this as well as easy access to I-20 and U.S. Hwy 59 (Future I-69) had a major impact on the decision to locate in Marshall. For this reason we chose Marshall for our facility.”

RASA will construct a new warehouse on Gateway Drive in the Gateway Business Park. The company is in the process of acquiring approximately 2.7 acres for the warehouse. Over 425 people are employed by RASA and the new local distribution facility will employ twenty to twenty-six people.

“Michael Rasa and his team at RASA Floors have demonstrated their commitment and dedication to their profession as well as to the Marshall approved new location. The Marshall Economic Development Corporation approved an incentive of approximately 2.7 acres as the site for the new distribution center on July 25th known as Project Access.
